Laura enjoyed many years as a chef and caterer in Arizona and Colorado and fortunately for us, has spent the last decade making her home here. The change of seasons, wandering and gathering in local mountains, and wading through fields and water, keep her balanced and excited about her craft. She does it all, but churning our ice cream and collaborating with the crew are her top two.

Meet our amazing team leader! Marle is our local hero; she grew up here, splitting her time between Mt. Baker and Bellingham. She's a ski-racer and Paleontologist, skills she uses to manage everything from our guest experience to digging into office projects. She answers your emails and phone calls, meets you at the door and stops by your table to check in. In her spare time she's raising her new puppy Willow and planning team appreciation nights. She'd love it if you say hi next time you're in.

Abbie hails from Seattle where she worked in kitchens and urban farming. Our newest teammate, she's learning her way around the cob + cork kitchen, jumping in wherever her skill is needed. She's a passionate advocate and educator for local, sustainable practices, the impact they have on our communities and how they can be used to create positive change.
